The airport shuttle made my arrival seamless. William, the driver, was cute. I found the breakfast delicious, it offered a lovely start to my mornings. The spa was a true find. My treatment was such a valuable way to relax.
I noted that the windows lacked screens. I also found that the shower overflowed easily into the bathroom. there were no conveniently located outlets near the bed.

amazing breakfastlonger hours
the breakfast was amazing!!! they had longer serving hours than other places. the 11:00 check out time was also wonderful.
The staff seemed a little unhelpful when a big group prevented us from using the free shuttle. I had to pay for a house car to get to the airport.

The shuttle service offered efficient transport to and from the airport. The service was professional and timely. The breakfast buffet was very CONVENIENT, offering many options. The restaurant provided a good variety of meals.
The bathroom looked somewhat outdated. Cupboards showed water damage from the bathroom walls. The carpets definitely need replacement.

The free airport shuttle service was very punctual and efficient. My room included a functional work desk and ample space for luggage. I found the gym equipped with treadmills and weights, nice for a quick workout. Breakfast offered a wide selection of choices, including fresh fruit and hot dishes.

the airport shuttle had an efficient operation each way so it was useful.
the staff tried to enter my room many times even with the do not disturb sign on the door, claiming they needed to fix the hairdryer, but it wasnt true. the general manager claimed they had a legal right to enter my room at any time.
